Do we really do our best?

Hi , I hope that you have a very good weekend.

Do we really do our best in the workplace? I am kept asking this question to myself all the time.

As professionals, we have to plan so many things in advance. Even we planned those preparation, sometimes unexpected things happened in the projects.

Those unexpected things happened to be human issues such as miscommunications or misunderstanding.

Now we have so advanced tools but those tools may cause those human issues.

E-mail communication we can not see the facial expression or postures. So we can't really understand what the other want to tell or communicate with you.

Still face to face is the very important way of communication.

We are using the convinient tools but we don't spend much face to face communication than before.

If we don't spend enough time to communicate with other people face to face, it may ends up miscommunication all the time.

Do we really spend enough time with co-wokers or Boss or our clients?
